Using a spiralizer or julienne peeler, make the zoodles. Or if you can find them already spiralized feel free to use those too. If making fresh zoodles place spiralized zucchini in a paper towel lined colander for about 5 minutes, squeezing excess water out at the end. I find this gives the zoodles a better consistency. Meanwhile, prep other ingredients. Add everything to a large bowl, drizzle with sauce and toss together.
