Coconut Lime Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- Juice & zest of one lime
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until sticky dough forms, if mixture is too crumbly add 1 Tbsp of water at a time until you can easily roll into balls. Using your hand roll into 1″ balls, recipe makes approximately 20 balls. Refrigerate or enjoy immediately!
