Energy bites or energy balls. They’re SUPER easy and equally delicious. Feel free to swap pecans for almonds or lemon for lime. Make it your own, you can’t go wrong!
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut
- Juice & zest of one lime
- Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until sticky dough forms, if mixture is too crumbly add 1 Tbsp of water at a time until you can easily roll into balls. Using your hand roll into 1" balls, recipe makes approximately 20 balls. Refrigerate or enjoy immediately!
