Strawberry Mango Salsa

Strawberry Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  • 6-10 large organic strawberries, finely diced
  • 1 small mango, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • Juice & zest of 1 lime
Instructions
  1. Add strawberries, mango, jalapeno, and red onion to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in lime juice and zest.
  3. For best results let sit for 15-20 minutes prior to serving.
